and then it's part of the reason why we get um the symptoms you get when you stop drinking your brain kind of goes into a more hyper it's like a seesaw i guess so the alcohol is being pushing down on that side and keeping it damp and down and then you release that and you go into kind of a more excitatory state and so you get things like and and you know i work a lot with alcoholics so things from alcohol withdrawals you can get seizures and the shakes and that's all down to this kind of increase in exploitation
