When we get it wrong, we fix it.
An honest record is the whole point. Corrections are published with the same prominence as the original verdict.
§ 1Report an error
If you believe a verdict, citation, or fact is incorrect, file it below. Tell us the field, what it says now, and what it should say — and link the evidence we missed or misread. We route every report through the human review queue.
§ 2What happens next
If you show us better evidence, we re-grade and publish the change, recording it in the claim’s history so the record stays honest. If we disagree, we explain why. We will not remove a verdict because someone dislikes it — but we will always re-grade one if the evidence warrants it.
§ 3Correction log
Published corrections will be listed here as they are issued. We have no corrections to report yet — when we do, they will appear in this log with the date, the claim affected, and what changed.
