A pony is a gene it exists mostly in three types though I'd been told there were actually a couple of others but for the large part there's an AoE two and apoE three and an ape oe4
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you get one from mom and one from dad either an apoe2 a three or a four it's called an allele or a variant a lot of people call it a mutation but it's not a mutation so you get a two or three or four from mom or dad
there are three alleles for the APO E4 genes so just to be clear APO e is a gene it codes for a protein unsurprisingly called apoe but we have three different versions of that Gene
the APOE gene that exists in three types there's the number two the number three and the number four now every one of us has two copies of every gene because you got one from your mom and one from your dad so if there's three types of a gene and there are two copies there's six combinations we can go through them all you could be a 22 you could be a 2 three you could be a 2 4 you could be a 33 a 34 or a 44
