some people do actually present with them often with the latter what will usually happen is they'll go be seen by a community psychiatrist or somebody else and get diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar illness or something that does not have an onset in the mid 70s and so usually they'll be misdiagnosed for a couple of years until it becomes really apparent that that's not the primary problem that there is an underlying neurodegenerative process
