but the thing that kind of ties together forms of Alzheimer's disease and there are you know two as we think about them early onset uh Alzheimer's disease and late onset Alzheimer's disease but what really ties them together is the the neuropathology which is if you slice somebody's brain open um particularly again within the medial temporal lobe that's where the sort of like the primary you know atrophy and pathology seems successful that it can be throughout the brain is amyloid plaques and Tau Tangles hyperphosphorylated Tau within the neurons
