So the ApoE4, there's this 2-amino-acid substitution and structurally, if you look at the structure of the protein, it starts to get cleaved. And so it itself starts to accumulate these, like, aggregates that then you get more activated microglia and it keeps, like, spiraling out this whole inflammatory process in the brain.
