I mean I think you know Richard often talks about and and others do as well that one of our failures in Alzheimer's as we consider it a single disease I agree it's as naive as saying John has cancer oh well gosh that's the end of his life right well don't you want to know what kind of cancer first or maybe what mutation so similarly but broadly speaking and this is a gross oversimplification if you consider the metabolic version of Alzheimer's disease the vascular version of Alzheimer's disease and then the sort of toxin clearance impaired version of the disease
