at least to put on the table is it also just as possible that you could think of them as non-nucleated immune cells and that it's really part of their job to get oxidized since we have existing receptors in immune cells in including endothelial cells whose job it is to bind to modified Lal particles to remove them from from circulation hopefully get them into lomes where they can be destroyed as opposed to as opposed to if the if um uh these reactive oxygen species at a certain threshold you know create chain oxidative events on things other than lipoproteins my favorite analogy to date it's still my favorite analogy is think of the bumper on your car you you don't want to smash up the bumper on your car but you'd rather Smash Up the bumper on your car than you would your engine which is why you have a bumper on your car I want to understand how much lipoproteins especially apob containing lipoproteins can function in that regard just as we see with macres
