my LDL was over 500 that's an interesting anomaly that I've talked about on previous podcast but I had had a quote elevated LDL akin to what I have now 175 even up to 230 probably around 300 milligrams per deciliter with a particle count above 2,000 animal per liter for years every single cardiac radiologist on the planet would say that after years and years three to four five years at this point of elevated apob counts like that I should have atherosclerosis I should have accumulation of calcium my arteries my CAC score was Zero at that point
