if you aren't low and riboflavin which actually a lot of people are riboflavin is a very very important nutrient and not only is an important nutrient that's becoming more deficient in the population and I think partially it's getting deficient population there's one because people don't eat nose-to-tail like me and and two people don't eat grains like me and brown foods contain a lot of B vitamins
