i don't look at a 10-year risk calculator that's one area where in my practice we just have to do things a bit different which means we have to deviate from guidelines because i agree with you look if if a person 10-year risk is 2 percent and their calcium score is 0 but their apo b is at the 80th percentile the textbook answer is do nothing once you've exhausted all the lifestyle modifications
