we have this exquisitely sensitive biomarker the PSA PSA so PSA was first described as a way to measure the efficacy of your treatment after you received it so breast does not have that biomarker right so that's the big difference so I could certainly put every man on on and that's where you know when people be begin to try to compare as equals as as apples and apples outcomes with breast and prostate it f that analogy Falls far short CU for for five years on average I'm not an expert in breast they're on they're on suppression right y we don't do that in prostate so we can measure exquisitly if they have a recurrence and so we we're much more conservative about Aden therapy because we have this incredibly sensitive biomarker that detects whether or not there's a recurrence of frankly when 100 200 cells you know you'll pick up something like that low levels and so we have ways to more aggressively deploy um early Salvage therapies versus kind of upfront so instead of just taking this bazooka approach you can be a sniper
