in terms of extracurricular labs things you could also look at if you really want to dig into it that I will do with my patients when we're really trying to figure out a problem or really want to dive deep I would add a foam micronutrient which we'll talk about a little bit there are a variety of ways to do micronutrient panels I would add I GF 1 which is insulin-like growth factor-1 I would add leptin I would add a little bit more sophisticated lipid panel stuff which we'll talk about again true health talks about these things like des master all which is a cholesterol precursor I talked about that in a podcast with Tommy wood a little bit the second podcast with Tommy wood which should be out by the time this podcast comes out or the following week I would get heavy metals profile which can really just be obtained in the saram and we'll talk about a little bit about that I would get a fructosamine which will complement hemoglobin a1c which I should have added to the basic list that was the one thing I left off the basic this guy's I apologize hemoglobin a1c I think I said that actually so if arctos amine will complement hemoglobin anyone see
