you want to get a comprehensive metabolic panel which is different than a basic metabolic panel you want to get a comprehensive metabolic panel to which I would add a GG T which stands for gama glutamine transferase
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
minus 12 which is the low end of the reference range which was reassuring
if a GGT is elevated as I have seen in a couple of clients I think about environmental toxins and oxidative stress... I would recommend people add that to their CMP
I talk about gamma glutamine transferase which as Ivor suggests is a liver enzyme that is often associated with oxidative stress or some sort of liver stress
ggt is low normal so 17 no evidence of liver inflammation in or oxidative stress in the liver
as I mentioned the ggt the gamma glutaminal transferase is a good indicator of liver stress or oxidative stress
