when you go to the doctor and get your blood tested and it says your triglycerides are 150 milligrams per deciliter that's basically saying look 90 of that 150 milligrams per deciliter is within your vldl cholesterol i there's some of that is in intermediate density lipoprotein but that's virtually non-existent there's a trace of that in the ldl cholesterol and even a smaller trace in the hdl but it's the lion's share is in the vldl cholesterol
