the normal range is just designed to capture 95% of the population and a most recent count more than 80% of the population in the US have some kind of metabolic disease or on the way to frank metabolic disease so you're basically comparing yourself to other sick people or to sick people and that's not gonna tell you anything about your health if you want to be you know as healthy as you can be so those normal ranges in general we just saw right throw them out because they don't really tell you anything other than how you fare compared to all the average people around you
