a lot of times blood work to me will say things like for example whatever diet you're on if you're fasting insulin is low then I get the sense that you probably are enjoying a greater sense of etapa G right mmm if I see that your triglycerides are low whether you're on a high carb or low carb diet I get the sense that you handle the triglycerides in your blood pretty well and probably have lots of turnover same thing with glucose if your glucose is pretty low especially if it's very low I can usually tell just from that alone that probably you're pretty athletic
