my MTHFR which is methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase genotype is 677 c 2 t homozygous which means that my m teach if our enzyme is a little sluggish but as we know if you are getting if I am getting enough riboflavin and enough folate my MTHFR enzyme will work normally so I want to mention people that I am homozygous for the most severe polymorphism of MTHFR and I don't take any methylfolate I just make sure to get a reasonable amount of riboflavin in my diet through organ meats and get the active form of folate in my diet which is L methylfolate which I believe exists in animal meats
