if you're feeling pretty good you're in you're almost esteems around seven I think that's good
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you don't even have to check your genetics you can just check your homocysteine and if your homocysteine is above 8 you probably need more folate and riboflavin
one of the homocysteine is an indicator of folate status and the other one is an indicator of riboflavin status
in any of my patients or clients if their homocysteine is above 8 I will recommend looking at folate and riboflavin status closely
what I would do from my perspective as a physician I would just make sure that the woman or the man has a homocysteine below eight you want to keep the homosysteine low so even if you have an MTHFR polymorphism if your homosysteine is low then you you're pretty clear presuming that your B12 is normal and your you know your MMA which is methanic acid it's getting a little technical now guys sorry which is an indication of B12 status presuming that your B12 is okay you know and these other metrics of folate status are normal if your homosysteine is is less than eight it to me it indicates that you have enough riboflavin or enough f8
I think optimal homocysteine levels are probably below eight for most people you can push your homocysteine too low but I think that around eight 7 to eight is probably optimal
I think optimal homosysteine levels are probably below eight for most people you can push your homosysteine too low but I think that around 8 7 to eight is probably optimal
i think optimal homoyine levels are probably below 8 for most people you can push your homoyine too low but I think that around eight seven to eight is probably optimal
if I were in that situation I would want to bring my homocysteine down to what by all probability appears to be the healthy level
