And then when I would um I was eating carbohydrates, broadly speaking, the fasting glucose was 70 to 85. Then I would eat breakfast in the morning. And we did show some of my CGMs and the blood glucose would go up, sometimes to 120, 130, 140, sometimes to 150. And I want to talk about that ceiling. And then it would come down pretty darn quickly. Um how fast would you say that my blood glucose came back to normal, generally speaking, Cara? Uh less than an hour, about an hour if I'm recalling properly? Yeah. Yeah, I would say within an hour, an hour and a half, which would be considered normal, as we mentioned.
