if you don't know check your red blood cell and oleic acid levels you can do this it's called a mega check
you can look at the linoleic acid in your red blood cells or in your serum unfortunately we don't do fat biopsies regularly but here's the graph that chris was talking about from the paper on linoleic acid in the adipose issue
