doing a comprehensive set of blood work really gives you an idea of what's going on in the hood obviously in this situation it's sort of me opening the kimono as you will I believe Tim Ferriss has said that and showing you uh the proof in the pudding that there's no inflammation my kidneys work fine that my uric acid is normal that my testosterone is high that I'm not taking supplements to raise my testosterone that I'm that I'm not doing any funny business behind the scenes to look like a healthy 45 year old which is what I look and feel like at this point in my life so it's fun to pop the hood on my metaphorical car and look in there and see what's going on
