if you are going to measure HS CRP which is a valuable metric it should be first morning fasting and you don't want to have done a hard workout the night before I would say potentially a day two days three days if you really want to get a good accurate measure to make sure it's not especially if you're doing heavy lifting or intense exercise yeah and you certainly don't want to go in the gym the morning of and do a workout and then check your HSC RP because it won't be valuable
