the body doesn't sit still and I want to make another point which is people again might be listening and saying you know Peter man it's too much data dude just go out there and do it and and I'll I'll give you the counterargument to that when I was a competitive athlete and I was training 28 hours a week I had the luxury of junk miles I didn't always have to be perfect but I'm not a competitive athlete I'm a competitive father
