we're doing you know long 20 minute segment of into out 2 3 4 into out 2 3 4 and because we're doing a little bit of intermittent hypoxia as well we're also doing doing a really long EXO and hold at the end of that and then we do kind of what's called a power draw where you where you draw the air in and lock it up at the top of your head and just repeat that through multiple cycles
