get rid of all oils go back to butter lard or be well and you'd have to get large or you know and butter lard and beef tile all should come from pasture-raised animals when you consume those would be best
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
animal fats are clearly superior in every way to plant fats
I don't understand why most people actually cooking oils in the first place I use a grill and I cook my meat on the grill and if I need more fat on the meat which I often do even with 80 20 ground beef I want it to be fattier I'll use a raw butter or Tallow on there
if you truly want to be healthy get these out of your diet completely and opt for animal fats like Tallow or butter
Replace them with animal fats, butter, ghee, tallow, coconut oil is fine, too.
