what the version that i did i didn't know i was doing a version i was just following what what this wonderful woman was teaching me was just soup so i would boil a whole chicken and then have that with enormous amounts of tallow and ghee and a tiny amount about half a cup a day of carrots and onions and that was mainly the vehicle for the ghee and then the chicken and about six cups of broth a day at least so six cups is a minimum that you can have and this is meat broth not bone broth
