Cook with butter, tallow, or ghee
if you absolutely want to cook in oil I would use Tallow or butter or ghee
it's just I say Tallow or butter or ghee
what do I prefer to cook with more saturated fats like butter Tallow and ghee which are healthy for humans
what I would use for cooking are more stable saturated oils solid temperature you're heating the oil anyway if using it for cooking coconut oil is good my preferred oils for cooking if I'm going to heat them in a pan are Tallow which is rendered beef fat or raw butter and if you're getting be heating it hot use ghee because it's clarified butter and it won't burn
I would cook with butter Tallow and ghee do not fear these animal fats they are healthy for you they are much more stable when you cook with them
I think that Tallow is probably the best thing to cooking butter is okay but it will burn because of the milk solids that's where you get into ghee if the milk solids have been removed it's going to burn at a lower temperature at a higher temperature
the best cooking oils the most stable cooking oils are butter Tallow ghee and lard if it's from a pig that hasn't been fed corn and soy
So, if you're going to cook with an oil, my preferred is tallow, coconut oil, butter or ghee.
