just wanted to give a mention to the importance of balancing calcium and phosphorus in the human diet diets rich in meat are quite high in phosphorus phosphorus is a beneficial thing for humans but if you're only eating meat and not eating a source of calcium from dairy or cheese there are other sources of calcium perhaps the best might be something like Ground Up Bones at heart and soil we have a bone matrix supplement which is microcrystalline hydroxyapatite if you definitely didn't want to do dairy you might do a microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from a grass-fed cow like eating a bone I think bones are beneficial for humans they have unique growth factors in them as well too much bone calcium can lead to constipation too much of these calcium sources like eggshells which are decent can lead to constipation if you do too much but eggshells are another source of calcium that humans May benefit from if you're absolutely not going to do dairy as I mentioned earlier I think Dairy is the best source of this but balancing calcium with phosphorus appears to be beneficial for humans
