Now, even in the most genetically simple cases, I would just quickly assert that we have plenty of evidence now that suggests that you get these genetic alterations that can dial the combination- lock in the right way. But the simplest genetic defined cancers almost certainly have then a quote unquote epigenetic as in not hardwired mutation alteration change as well.
