there is a staging criteria that factors in things like grade um and that can be used in in some of the uh more upto-date American Joint Commission on cancer staging criteria they do look at some of the things like grade usually though um uh it's less uh discussed because it mostly relates to the outcomes in ER positive breast cancer so triple negative breast cancers are almost always grade three most herto positive breast cancers are grade two or three uh and they all get treated with you know the trastuzamab drug and it's really in that gradation of the the vast majority of cancers the are positive ones where lowgrade clearly does a lot better than um higher grade Cancers and and needs different treatment approaches
