the issue of left and right what you're alluding to is the historic experience which is that radiation therapy to left-sided breast cancers in the past important point was associated with a greater risk of coronary artery disease and that is because in the early days of breast radiation they would um radiate the breast sort of straight on if you will as though an arrow was like someone was standing in front of you shooting an arrow right at your heart and that's where the beam of radiation was going nowadays and for the past 18 to 20 years or more actually 30 years almost now we don't do that
