I would put it in what you said earlier it might be that a combination of a there are just some people who really you know adapt to a certain way of doing things and it might be that they run really well despite that but I I everything I've read on this subject matter and all the experts I've spoken to suggest that you know for foot to to striking is The Way We Were Meant to run you know if you if you go back and look at kind of how our ancestors ran and you look at really how force transfer would be most efficient you don't want to be striking on the heel
