when you is the cornerstone of your routine uh that's that is designed to burn fat when that becomes your your your solution your what your weight loss goes down like this initially half of it muscle half of the fat and then you plateau real hard and then in order to lose any more weight i have to do more cardio or i have to cut my calories even more and this is why you see people fail one of the reasons why you see people all the time it's like okay i lost 20 pounds but man just to maintain this i have to do six days a week of 45 minutes of cardio and i have to eat this like a little bit of calories and i used to be able to eat more and if i do i just gain body fat very easily now
