but i've also made myself weaker i've also reduced the tissue that is most effective at improving insulin sensitivity i've also reduced tissue that burns a tremendous amount of calories
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
part of the adaptation that comes from lots of cardio is to reduce muscle mass again this is a way for the body to become more efficient and better at that particular activity so now why is this not a good thing well besides the fact that you're now burning less calories so over time my metabolism slows down harder to lose fat i got to eat less calories now to maintain my lighter weight you actually didn't really reduce your body fat percentage either if you lose 10 pounds five comes from fat five comes from muscle what i've actually done is made myself a smaller same body fat percentage of myself i actually haven't changed much i've just made a smaller same flabbiness version of myself
