I feel like such an important part of this is is jumping yeah so you know literally just you know jumping rope doing the types of activities like my warm-up always sort of consists of of I have a particular jumping routine I always do and it's not super taxing it's not I'm not jumping you know onto 36 inch blocks or you know doing plyometric explosive stuff right um I do it sometimes but on a daily basis I'm trying to make sure I'm putting some bounce yeah in there my belief is that that's a valuable way to maintain elasticity uh in that part of the body
