what things have changed in our diet and some people would claim it's just because we're eating more which i think is a load of it's not because we're eating more the calories in calories out bros are full but that but that's not fair um we are eating more right it's easily demonstrable that carbohydrate intake has gone up but then you can turn back around and say well but gee 2ag induces that sort of behavior that's true with increased metabolic with increased linoleic acid intake and then that's exactly what we're seeing in the human population so that's that's not even a contradiction that's a confirmation of the hypothesis i guess what i'm saying is just that i don't see any mechanistic data or any data to suggest that slight over consumption of calories is going to lead to this cascade of metabolic dysfunction and cellular problems
