but at the same time people will get it in other places but the thing that never quite made a lot of sense to me is why is it in like you know say two places or five places when the gradient of the high LDL was like there the whole time you'd expect it it'd be in two thousand places it would be everywhere our arteries would be lined with plaque it would just exactly which is exactly yeah it would be a coating of plaque from stem to stern right and it would also be potentially in the veins maybe not maybe if there's not enough injury but that's the other point about the vein veins versus the arteries is if we're pure ly a concentration driven thing why don't we get it in the veins
