I don't think that their claims that a plant-based diet is the only diet that can reverse heart disease is fair
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
what I don't enjoy is when plant-based doctors and influencers and public figures use the studies that we have available today and claim that the vegan diet has been proven to you know be the most optimal diet for human health or that the vegan diet is the only diet ever shown to reverse heart disease or these big big claims that unfortunately a lot of people a lot of doctors use to promotes the vegan lifestyle
