I have a new theory that I talked to you about briefly and I'll just go ahead and state it plainly because more and more I did the I have to think through things mechanistically a lot that's just how I'm wired and the nature of the emergence of thrombosed just the whole pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and how it emerges and why it emerges in this in the way that it does and so forth the one that one narrative that's made the most sense to me and again absolutely theoretical I have no idea is that actually it we may not know the origination of an injury an injury to the artery but we may have a we may actually be observing a lack of repair to it so it's not so much that the diet a bad diet initiates the after oat genic event it could be something else does it could be there's something else that can actually create it right
