this is why I always come back to all cause mortality the ultimate balance sheet because it's not just the two things I mentioned there are other things like scavenger receptors you can impair scavenger receptors some there's knockout mice that have less scavenger receptors they have less atherosclerosis but do they live longer is impairing your immune response making a terrible trade-off on the other side where yes you have less aosc crosis but maybe you have uh more infections maybe you have more Cancer all of these things all the non-cardiovascular disease factors I want to see accounted for I don't want to see a study that's looking only at one end point even in even in animal models I would like it if I could see how much it applies to the entire balance
