Uh, we know that when that 2-hour postprandial glucose mark for the oral glucose tolerance test is above a certain threshold, um, not the diagnostic threshold for diabetes, which is 140 at that 2-hour mark. There are studies that show when it's actually above 83 or 87, sometimes 100, that we have a linear relationship between cardiovascular disease death and that 2-hour postprandial glucose response.
