the present lipid hypothesis is that they often get come to an oxidized LDL particle and they get stuck they consume it they get stuck Etc now getting back to the study with the cultured macras cultured macras of those who have monogenetic FH are different physically different they have different expression of receptors and by the way they seem to be more responsive the macras themselves seem to be physically different if it's in somebody who has a um who's had lipid lowering therapy so it's it's very possible that if you have a monogenetic FH mutation that if you have FH it's monogenetic like those that brown and Goldstein are looking to you do benefit from lipid lowering therapy in such a way that it's demonstrated like they do in this in study uh such that the macras function a bit more like yours and mine
