how you just compare yourself to you and keep track of your pulse and you'll notice that when you get into a rhythm like for instance one of the reasons i love watching my my resting heart rate and i'm kind of like you uh it runs you know 42 44 most nights and if i get over trained or under slept i've been on call then i'd be more stressed been traveling too much it'll start raising up to you know 47 48 49 and and if you pay close attention to it and use that as feedback it's a really great way to tune your lifestyle to get into a like a cardio protective zone and it involves the right amount of exercise and the right amount of sleep and not too much alcohol and some you know plenty of down time and play and those sorts of things
