was this was the part that surprised me the most was how little the cholesterol was actually moving out of the LDL even when the particle was going down
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
under really periods of super high intense exercise I actually did take some triglycerides out of this right minimal out of here by the way this backs up Garvey's data which is there's virtually no way to distinguish what's going on at the VA LDL level I mean we can't tell what's a remnant here or what's not around
I'm looking at these to say the VLDL is definitely moving it's triglyceride the LDL a little bit the cholesterol is barely moving
