when it gets made it's also made by the liver and it's made in its nascent form which is kind of a a flat cookie if you will and when it comes out it has an it's called nascent because it's it's deliberated it has no lipids in it and as it heads out it's looking for places where it can actually go and capture more contents to put on board this is of course usually described in literature as reverse cholesterol transport
