I mean the problem with them a lot of the studies they're done what they call they're done called in vitro so they get a layer of cells they stick them in a test tube and then they expose them to vastly high concentrations of something of course the problem of this is that normally the endothelium is all sorts of other things attached to it and supporting and helping it in inside our body so the repair systems can exist inside a test tube you've already got rid of that aspect
