I had a resting heart rate of 27 when I was at my fittest like it was I've always had a really low heart rate but it get super low now it's nowhere near that um but all that to say like usually the first 20 miles of a marathon or maybe the first 17 miles like feels pretty good you're conversational you're floating along like it's just fun you know you're just enjoying the ride and then of course like it gets really hard and you got to grit down and bear it whereas this was just like it was like I was doing interval training because I was right like I'm going like 30 second carries set it down take as minimal rest as possible
