I don't understand why LDL is a Target and not oxidized LDL or things that increase the oxidation propensity of LDL those seem like the real problems here rather than LDL itself when macrophages won't even take up Ox native LDL
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.
