LDL cholesterol, high LDL cholesterol is not ancestral. Like if we look at the best estimate we have of what our ancestors did, which is the Hodza, which are basically a tribe that are essentially untouched by humanity, and they've we have studied them quite a bit because this is our best guess as to what ancestral was. They're the foods they eat. It's it's about as untouched as you can get. If you look at the LDL of the Hodza who have very low rates of cardio I mean almost non-existent rates of cardiovascular disease they're like 50 to 70 on average.
